Job Title: Real World Evidence (RWE) Data Analyst

About the Job
Sanofi Global Hub (SGH) is an internal resource organization that centralizes processes and activities across various functions, including Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, R&D, Data & Digital. The team strives to be a strategic partner in delivering tactical support to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations globally.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leverage statistical, analytical, data management, and computational skills to analyze pre-existing data and address research questions, collaborating with colleagues across HEVA, Medical Affairs, BO&S, and Commercial teams.
  • Work with the RWE group and SGz functions to maintain and utilize Sanofi’s data assets, including primary data collection, secondary data sources, and de-identified clinical trial data.
  • Lead the analysis of “Conventional Projects,” including disease epidemiology characterizations, study feasibility assessments, and descriptive cohort analyses based on predefined outcomes.
  • Manage the integration of RWE platforms such as AETION and PANALGO to provide insights for internal decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the digital tools and platforms team to utilize Sanofi’s suite of tools effectively.
  • Provide timely, accurate deliverables and prioritize requests within a centralized system based on business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-7 years in analyzing multiple sources of secondary patient data, including electronic medical records and administrative claims.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in R, Optum, SQL, SAS, Python/PySpark, and business intelligence tools such as Qlik, Tableau, and MicroStrategy.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration abilities. Strong commitment to meeting stakeholders' needs with a rapid response.
  • Education: BA/BS or MS/PhD in mathematics, statistics, biostatistics, statistical programming, observational research, epidemiology, health economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
