Position Overview: Quanticate is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Proposals & Pricing Analyst to join our team. In this critical role, you will support the sales and operational teams by developing accurate and high-quality budgets and proposal documents, contributing to our top-line sales growth through rigorous tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and potentially lead the quote and proposal development process from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with Heads of Function to develop quote models.
  • Map Quanticate quotes to client bid grids and adapt current quote models for bespoke client budget requirements.
  • Develop bidding strategies in collaboration with Heads of Function, including operational and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain sales and finance tracking tools to effectively track the sales pipeline.
  • Assist in developing new budget tools and processes for the Proposal Team.
  • Work with Finance to support new pricing initiatives, including geographical regions, service offerings, and quote models.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and strategic partners to prepare integrated proposals and budgets for clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in pricing/budgeting.
  • Prior experience in proposals and pricing analysis, preferably in the clinical research industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex data and financial information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team with a proactive and flexible approach.
