About the Role
The Project Manager – Regulatory Excellence will lead and drive process improvement initiatives to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with business objectives. This role requires expertise in Lean Management, Lean & Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies, alongside experience in optimizing workflows and implementing best practices. The Project Manager will manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, continuously reviewing process landscapes, and identifying opportunities for process automation and performance enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

Lead and execute medium to large-scale projects in the regulatory domain, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Manage Lean Six Sigma initiatives and agile methodologies to deliver compliance solutions on emerging global regulations.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk assessments.

Lead Kaizen Burst events and cross-functional workshops independently.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:

Engage with stakeholders across a global matrix organization, ensuring alignment across teams.

Demonstrate strong communication and facilitation skills to drive decision-making.

Foster a strong regulatory and compliance culture through networking and collaboration.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

Drive a culture of continuous improvement by implementing Lean & Six Sigma, Design for Six Sigma, and other process improvement concepts.

Identify opportunities for efficiency enhancement and process optimization in regulatory environments.

Utilize KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to track performance and measure initiative impacts.

Collaborate with the digital transformation team to develop automation tools and digital solutions.

Who You Are

Education: Master’s degree in natural science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 8-12 years in Lean Management. Demonstrated experience leading Kaizen Burst events.

Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2, Lean & Six Sigma (Black Belt).

Skills:

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Change Management capabilities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

High level of autonomy and independence in driving initiatives.

Collaborative approach to managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
