The Position: Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to support complete commercialization programs and provide critical support to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). In this role, you will manage program budgets, coordinate cross-functional meetings, and oversee risk management. Acting as a de facto Chief of Staff to the CCO, you will also support vendor contracting and contribute to leadership presentations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Support the CCO in managing program scope, timelines, risk management, mitigation, and resource allocation.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage program budgets and prepare monthly and quarterly budget reports.
  • Meeting Coordination: Plan, prepare, and manage meetings with cross-functional teams and partners. Capture, disseminate, and follow up on meeting outcomes and minutes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison to communicate critical information on behalf of the CCO.
  • Contracting Support: Assist with vendor contracting and related administrative processes.
  • Leadership Support: Prepare materials and presentations for leadership and board-level meetings.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and share best practices to drive continuous improvement within the PMO team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (required); CAPM or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • At least five years of experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or consulting industries.
    • Demonstrated experience with launch management or supporting launch execution (marketing, advertising, branding, or project management).
    • Strong background in accounting and project management.
  • Skills:
    • Ability to multitask and think critically and creatively.
    • Excellent time-management skills and a hands-on, action-oriented approach.
    • Strong communication skills for client and team interactions.
