Position Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting assigned commercialization programs. You will assist the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in preparing and managing budgets, organizing leadership meetings, and documenting outcomes. This role requires familiarity with EVERSANA’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and involves supporting vendor contracting and other ad hoc areas as the de facto chief of staff for the CCO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the CCO in managing partnered programs, including scope, timelines, risk management, and resourcing.
  • Manage budgets and prepare monthly and quarterly budget reports.
  • Coordinate and manage meetings with cross-functional teams and partners.
  • Capture, disseminate, and follow up on meeting minutes.
  • Elevate key information on behalf of the CCO.
  • Support contracting requirements.
  • Assist the CCO in preparing presentations for leadership and the Board.
  • Identify best practices and share insights with the PMO team for continuous improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience: Strong accounting and project management background.
  • Skills:
    • Ability to multitask, think critically, and creatively.
    • Excellent time-management capabilities.
    • Hands-on approach to get things done.
    • Effective communication skills tailored to client needs.
    • Capacity to work with cross-functional teams and address issues professionally.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or consulting industries.
  • Experience with launch management and/or supporting launch execution (marketing, advertising, branding, project management, etc.).
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Proficiency in planning, facilitating, and following up after meetings.
