About the Department:

GBS Consulting is an impactful internal management consulting team focused on strategic initiatives for GBS management and affiliates. We provide strategic guidance to GBS Management, aiming to deliver successful outcomes for the organization. This team offers high visibility and growth opportunities, working closely with senior management at NN GBS to solve strategic problems, set new standards, drive best practices, and develop playbooks following the NN ways of working.

The Position:

As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with GBS organization and functional leadership to drive enterprise-wide change management and associated projects through scoping, design, validation, and implementation phases.
  • Assisting internal consulting teams/affiliates on strategic consulting projects across various areas including research, drug development, regulatory, safety, quality, supply chain, and commercial marketing.
  • Managing projects that support affiliate organizations across the pharma value chain.
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to design solutions and work with stakeholders to finalize the approach, including leading workshops to address problems.
  • Preparing project charters outlining objectives, approach, expected outcomes, team structure, and high-level project plans with key milestones.
  • Creating stakeholder lists, conducting interviews, and preparing tools and templates for delivering project milestones, as well as building relevant presentations and arranging field visits.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant area with significant business experience in Project Management or Project Consulting.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience working with pharma/life sciences clients on business consulting projects, including proven project management experience from top-tier consultancies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent proficiency with Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and project-related resource planning and reporting.
  • High flexibility and the ability to manage additional workloads as necessary.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder alignment capabilities.
