Position Overview

As a Project Manager, you will support the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in overseeing complete commercialization programs. This role involves managing budgets, preparing for leadership and team meetings, and documenting outcomes. The Project Manager will act as a liaison for the CCO, helping with vendor contracting, program management, and other ad hoc tasks. You will ensure smooth program execution by coordinating efforts, managing risks, and driving team performance to meet deadlines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Assist the CCO in managing program scope, timelines, risk mitigation, and resources.
  • Budget Management: Oversee budgets and provide monthly/quarterly budget reports.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and manage cross-functional team and partner meetings.
  • Documentation: Capture meeting minutes and follow up on actions.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Elevate key information and ensure effective communication with the CCO.
  • Contracting Support: Assist with vendor contracting and related requirements.
  • Presentation Support: Help prepare CCO’s presentations for leadership teams and boards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Share best practices with the PMO team to drive improvements.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Project Management certifications (CAPM, PMP) a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or consulting industries with experience in launch management, marketing, advertising, and project management.
  • Skills:
    • Strong multitasking, time-management, and critical thinking abilities.
    • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and resolve issues promptly.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Action-oriented, self-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in Project Management: Proven track record in managing projects and facilitating meetings.

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $83,000 to $112,000, based on relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location. EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this range.
