Position Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to support the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and the broader commercialization program. This role will involve managing program scope, timelines, risk management, budgets, and resources, while also supporting key leadership activities, vendor contracting, and other strategic tasks. The Project Manager will act as the de facto Chief of Staff for the CCO, ensuring smooth program execution and delivering effective project management support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Program Support

    • Assist the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in managing the scope, timelines, risk mitigation, and resources for partnered programs.
    • Develop and manage program budgets, creating monthly and quarterly budget reports for tracking and analysis.
    • Coordinate and prepare for cross-functional meetings, ensuring key deliverables are captured and follow-up actions are communicated.
    • Take responsibility for capturing meeting minutes, disseminating information, and ensuring action items are tracked and completed.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration

    • Act as the primary liaison between the CCO and various internal teams to elevate key information and resolve issues.
    • Support contracting requirements and ensure all necessary agreements are executed in a timely manner.
    • Contribute to the creation of LT and Board presentations, assisting in strategic communication and decision-making.
  • Process Improvement

    • Identify and share best practices with the Project Management Office (PMO) team to foster continuous improvement.
    • Ensure that projects are executed efficiently and effectively, meeting both client and internal objectives.
  • Ad Hoc Support

    • Support various ad hoc requests and initiatives as needed to ensure the overall success of the commercialization programs.

Qualifications

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required; Project Management (CAPM, PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Experience:

    • At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or consulting industries.
    • Experience in project management, particularly in launch management, marketing, branding, or program management.
    • Strong background in budget management, financial reporting, and resource coordination.
    • Demonstrated success in supporting senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Skills:

    • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and follow-up actions effectively.
    • Ability to assess client needs and communicate high-quality, actionable information.
    • Critical thinking skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
    • Proven ability to drive self-development and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Additional Information

Compensation: EVERSANA offers competitive salaries and benefits, with compensation determined by experience, qualifications, and geographic location (to account for cost of living). The anticipated base salary range for this position is $83,000 to $112,000.
