Position Overview: Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with business units to define needs, goals, and objectives, ensuring the successful development of tactics. You will manage timelines and milestones, track progress, and hold stakeholders accountable for the speed, quality, and timelines of tactics being developed. You will also support the Medical Communications Project Managers and business partners in the end-to-end development of Medical Affairs tactics, reporting operational and strategic KPIs, and updating project data using Wrike and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business units to understand needs, goals, and objectives for tactic development.
  • Define, manage, and track timelines for tactics and key milestones in Wrike.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure speed, quality, and adherence to timelines for tactic development.
  • Partner with MedComms Project Managers and business partners for the development of Medical Affairs tactics.
  • Support the L-MACH Lead Team in tracking and reporting operational and strategic KPIs.
  • Keep project data up to date on Wrike, syncing it with Capacity Planner and other applicable platforms.
  • Utilize project management and stakeholder management skills to ensure smooth operations.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms, tools, and MS Office suite.
  • Understand the Medical Affairs function and the tactics development lifecycle and processes.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in project coordination, preferably in Medical Affairs, with experience in a mid-to-large-sized corporate setting.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite, Cornerstone, Zoom, Teams, and other technology tools.
  • Knowledge and experience in the life sciences industry.
