Responsibilities:
Assist project managers and team members with day-to-day project tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Coordinate project-related activities, ensuring that timelines and milestones are met.
Maintain project documentation, including filing, tracking, and updating project records and databases.
Communicate with cross-functional teams to support collaboration and ensure the efficient flow of information.
Assist with preparing project reports, presentations, and other materials to support project progress.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in an administrative or project support role is acceptable.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative approach to working in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with experience using project management tools a plus.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong commitment to supporting successful project outcomes.
