Summary

As a Sales Representative, you will be a key driver of customer interactions and sales performance. You will embody our customer experience approach, building strong relationships that provide value to both customers and patients. About the Role

The Sales Representative plays a crucial role in enhancing customer engagement and achieving sales targets. You will personalize and manage customer interactions, using your deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to drive competitive sales growth. Your role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to build long-term partnerships and delivering exceptional, customer-focused experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Competitive Sales Growth: Customize and orchestrate customer engagement journeys for target HCPs, utilizing available content and multiple engagement channels. Develop sustained collaborations with HCPs to enhance Novartis' market presence.

  • Deliver Value to Customers and Patients: Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that address unmet customer and patient needs. Uphold integrity and honesty in all interactions, adhering to the Novartis Code of Ethics and Values.

  • Leverage Data: Use available data sources to prioritize and adjust territory, account, and customer interaction plans. Share insights with internal stakeholders to support the development of relevant content and campaigns.

  • Ethical Conduct: Maintain transparency and respect in all dealings with customers and colleagues. Act with integrity when facing ethical dilemmas and speak up when necessary.

Role Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales within Healthcare, Pharma, or a related field. Established network within the target customer group is desirable.

  • Educational Background: Science-based education, such as a B.Sc or B.Pharma.

  • Skills: Strong communication skills are essential. Knowledge of your territory is crucial.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience in Oncology: Prior experience in oncology is preferred.
