Main Purpose of Role

The Product Manager - Osvita will assist senior staff in executing marketing and sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth. This role involves market research, competitor analysis, performance tracking, and customer insights gathering to enhance product success.


Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Analysis

  • Collect, verify, and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Identify new market opportunities for the product/service.

Product Performance & Customer Insights

  • Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to recommend improvements.
  • Work closely with teams to enhance product features and user experience.

Sales & Marketing Performance Tracking

  • Maintain records of sales volume, revenues, and advertising costs.
  • Compare actual performance with forecasts to identify areas of improvement.

Collaboration & Product Knowledge Development

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and customer needs.
  • Work closely with senior brand/product managers to refine strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • Associate’s Degree (± 13 years of education).

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year in marketing, sales, or product management.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Understanding of marketing strategies and sales performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and market research methodologies.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
