Your Job:
As a Procurement Contract Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting PLx VDCs/Departments with vendor contract setup and management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Vendor Contract Setup: Drafting, discussing, and finalizing vendor contracts in a timely manner, including storage and management of documents.
  • Maintenance of PSAs: Handling renewals, amendments, and terminations of Preferred Supplier Agreements (PSAs).
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensuring contractual compliance with PLx and its clients' requirements.
  • Contract Tracking: Updating the contract management tracker and maintaining the contract database.
  • Template Management: Keeping PSA templates up to date.
  • Process Improvement: Participating in efforts to enhance the contract drafting and management process.
  • Team Support: Acting as a backup for other team members in Procurement Contract Management.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Assisting with other vendor management-related actions as needed.

Your Profile:

  • 1-3 years of experience in contract or purchase order drafting and management.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in database management, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Experience handling large databases with a high volume of data.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Good communication skills, with experience in meetings with internal stakeholders and vendors.
  • Critical thinking skills to propose improvements in contract drafting and administrative processes.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality work.
  • Autonomous, concentrated, and dedicated to producing quality outcomes.
