Job Title: Procurement Analyst – Risk and Compliance

In this role, you will:

  • Drive risk understanding through risk-based data analysis, presenting opportunities and managing change within the Global Procurement Function.
  • Collaborate with Risk Subject Matter Experts to ensure compliance with evolving legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Challenge business needs that necessitate customization and explore options for process redesign in alignment with GSK values and standards.
  • Create essential assets for change delivery, including policies, processes, controls, monitoring capabilities, key risk indicators, and training materials.
  • Manage project stakeholders across various business units and functions.
  • Engage with the impacted community through Global Ethics and Compliance and business communication channels.
  • Support operational activities for current risk programs, including key risk indicator creation, monitoring capabilities, and governance reporting.
  • Enhance Risk Management benefits for multiple business stakeholders at GSK.
  • Provide appropriate risk support for significant business changes and deliver all components of GSK's internal control framework.

Your responsibilities:

  • Drive effective risk identification and de-risking programs.
  • Support the execution of the policy, risk, quality, and compliance agenda.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in policy, risk, and compliance groups, such as Global Ethics & Compliance, Audit & Assurance, and Quality.
  • Coach Global Procurement employees on effective control expectations, including writing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and risk guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in a complex global corporate environment.
  • 2+ years in procurement, risk management, quality, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with regulated environments and manufacturing quality standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong influencing and motivational skills, with a collaborative approach to change implementation.
  • Experience in operations or direct procurement, policy, risk compliance, or auditing.
  • Ability to manage project execution in a matrix environment.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems is a plus.
  • Relevant procurement certifications (e.g., CPSM, CPIM, PMP, CIPS) are beneficial but not mandatory.
