We are currently seeking a Principal Statistical Programmer to join our diverse and dynamic Real World Evidence team. This role involves project leadership and technical expertise, managing multiple programming deliverables simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute programming deliverables across multiple projects, ensuring effective management of competing priorities.
  • Oversee the programming team’s outputs at both the study and program level, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Proactively implement resource planning, task allocation, and workload tracking according to agreed metrics and quality standards.
  • Serve in a client-facing capacity, anticipating client needs and delivering innovative solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective project management and communication.
  • Develop broad-use technical solutions based on industry trends to benefit study teams.
  • Create and maintain documentation for training staff on technical solutions.
  • Participate in the review and approval of programming procedures and techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as a Statistical Programmer, preferably within the clinical research industry, with a proven ability to lead multiple projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or scientific discipline or local equivalent.
  • Deliver high-quality statistical programming outputs that meet study timelines, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
  • Strong proficiency in SAS programming, adhering to SAS guidelines.
  • Ability to create, validate, and troubleshoot complex programs and datasets, including analysis datasets, tables, and figures.
