Job Purpose:
The PRA Director will serve as a strategic partner for Lilly India, overseeing the Pricing and Access function across all therapeutic areas for both pre- and post-commercialization assets. This role will also lead the alliance strategy for the India domestic business, ensuring effective execution and continuous performance evaluation. The PRA Director will be responsible for preparing for new product planning, managing market analysis, competitive assessments, and coordinating with internal teams for successful product launches. Direct supervision of the Market Access and PRA team will also be required to ensure optimal performance and business outcomes.
