Job Summary:

The PRA Director will act as a strategic partner, overseeing the Pricing and Access function across all therapeutic areas for both pre- and post-commercialization assets. This role includes developing innovative access programs to enhance team competencies beyond traditional pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pricing and Access Leadership:
    Own and manage the Pricing and Access function for the affiliate, ensuring alignment with business objectives and therapeutic area strategies.

  • Alliance Management:
    Serve as the Lead for alliances within the India domestic business, executing effective alliance strategies and continuously evaluating performance to optimize outcomes.

  • Market Preparation:
    Oversee new product planning, conducting market analyses, assessing the competitive landscape, and collaborating with internal medical and marketing teams for successful launches. Develop comprehensive business cases that align with marketing and sales strategies, ensuring regulatory requirements are met for smooth market entry.

  • Team Supervision:
    Provide direct supervision to the Market Access and PRA team, fostering a collaborative environment that drives results.
