We are seeking a talented individual to join our Project Management team in India as a Planner. This role is based in Bengaluru, and the successful candidate will work as part of global teams, experiencing daily international interaction.

Requirements

  • Build and maintain baseline schedules for Project Delivery Managers.
  • Develop initial plans from Excel-based costing tools and frequently review them with Project Delivery Managers.
  • Support scheduling activities for new projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Report monthly performance against plans, including risks to key milestones and interim client deliverables.
  • Conduct scheduled reviews with Project Delivery Managers to ensure that project plan dependencies are updated at least weekly.
  • Manage project scoping and assist in identifying and documenting out-of-scope activities.
  • Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support in Microsoft Project (MSP).

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel is highly desirable.
  • Effective communication skills with various levels of stakeholders.
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Management.
