As a Float Phlebotomist, you will gain a wide range of experience working with diverse patients, team members, and clinics/locations. Pay Range: $18.81 - $28.49 per hour
Float Incentive: Additional $1.00 per hour + mileage reimbursement
Quarterly Incentive Bonus Program: Eligible phlebotomists may receive bonuses based on performance metrics.
Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including:
Casual, PRN, and Part-time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.
