Phlebotomist
Location: Patient Service Center or Client Office
Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Friday: 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
  • Collect specimens for drug screenings, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
  • Accurately perform data entry of patient information.
  • Process billing information and collect payments when necessary.
  • Prepare and handle specimens for testing and analysis.
  • Maintain detailed logs for patient and specimen information.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to patients.
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties as required.
  • Travel to additional locations as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency (preferred).
  • Previous experience as a phlebotomist (required).
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record (if applicable).
  • Flexibility to work overtime as required.
  • Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test.
