Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Monitor drug inventory and implement quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of patient care.

What You Bring:

  • Pharm.D. or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.

  • 5+ years of pharmacy experience, with long-term care experience preferred.

  • Previous experience as a pharmacist in charge or in a management role.

  • Strong knowledge of infusion guidelines and pharmacy regulations.

  • Ability to lead, train, and develop a high-performing pharmacy team.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

  • Active pharmacist license with the state board of pharmacy.

Work Environment and Expectations:

  • Full-time leadership role in a well-lit, fast-paced pharmacy setting.

  • Requires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.

  • Exposure to pharmacy-related materials and compliance responsibilities.

  • Participation in compliance programs, audits, and inspections as needed.
