Role Overview:

As a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate, you will be aligned with Accenture’s Life Sciences R&D vertical. You will assist in delivering comprehensive pharmacovigilance and patient services solutions for leading biopharma companies, contributing to the improvement of patient outcomes and providing safety surveillance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Affiliate Mailbox and perform reconciliation of reports according to process guidelines.

  • Handle written follow-up attempts, including both serious and non-serious cases.

  • Manage case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for ICSRs in the safety database as per client guidelines and global regulatory requirements.

  • Solve routine problems, following general guidelines and precedents.

  • Work within your team and interact with your direct supervisor for guidance.

  • Contribute individually as part of the team, with a focused scope of work.

  • This role may require rotational shifts.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Pharmacy or Master of Pharmacy.

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years in pharmacovigilance operations, preferably with experience in case processing and ICSR management.
