Role Overview

As a Pharmacovigilance Services Specialist within our Life Sciences R&D vertical, you will support biopharma companies across the full spectrum of life sciences—from research and clinical trials to regulatory services and pharmacovigilance. Your role will include managing the Affiliate Mailbox, reconciling reports, and conducting follow-ups for both Serious and Non-serious cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve moderately complex problems related to pharmacovigilance processes.
  • Develop new solutions by leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures.
  • Understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it pertains to team objectives.
  • Maintain primary upward interaction with your direct supervisor, with potential interactions at the client or management levels within Accenture.
  • Receive guidance in determining methods and procedures for new assignments.
  • Make decisions that frequently impact your team and overall project outcomes.
  • Manage small teams or work efforts, depending on your role within a client or Accenture.
  • Be prepared to work in rotational shifts as necessary.
