Role Overview:

As a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate, you will be a part of Accenture's Life Sciences R&D vertical, specifically focusing on Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance. You will support leading biopharma companies by managing case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in the safety database in compliance with global regulatory standards.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage the Affiliate Mailbox and reconcile reports per process
  • Perform written follow-up attempts for both serious and non-serious cases
  • Handle case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, and case processing
  • Submit and follow-up on ICSRs as per client guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Work within your team and follow general guidelines to solve routine problems
  • Contribute to the team with individual tasks and collaborate with your direct supervisor
