    What You Will Do:
    You will be aligned with our Life Sciences R&D vertical, contributing to services that span the entire life sciences enterprise, from research laboratories to pharmacovigilance and patient services solutions. In this role, you will manage the Affiliate Mailbox, reconcile reports per process, and perform written follow-ups for both Serious and Non-serious cases. You will be responsible for:

    • Creating and managing case identification.
    • Data entry and MedDRA coding.
    • Case processing, submission, and follow-ups for Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in the safety database according to client guidelines and applicable global regulatory requirements.
