What will you do?
You will be aligned with our Life Sciences R&D vertical. Our services span the entire life sciences enterprise, from research laboratories, clinical trials support, and regulatory services to pharmacovigilance and patient services solutions. As part of this offering, you will contribute to helping leading biopharma companies bring their vision to life by improving patient outcomes, connecting scientific expertise with insights into the patient experience.

In this role, you will manage case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for ICSRs in the safety database. You will follow client guidelines and global regulatory requirements, and assist in the management of the Affiliate Mailbox, reconciliation of reports, and the performance of all written follow-up attempts for both serious and non-serious cases.
