Role Overview
You will be aligned with Accenture's Life Sciences R&D vertical, where our services span the entire life sciences enterprise—from research laboratories, clinical trial support, regulatory services, to pharmacovigilance and patient services solutions. As part of this vertical, you will focus on Clinical, Pharmacovigilance & Regulatory services, helping leading biopharma companies improve outcomes by converging around the patient and connecting scientific expertise with insights into the patient experience.

You will manage tasks related to the Affiliate Mailbox, report reconciliation, and follow-up for both Serious and Non-serious cases. In this role, you will handle case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs), all in compliance with client guidelines and global regulatory requirements.


What Are We Looking For?
As a Pharmacovigilance Services Analyst, you will:

  • Manage case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, and follow-ups for ICSRs in the safety database.
  • Ensure compliance with client guidelines and global regulatory requirements during the processing and submission of cases.
  • Contribute as an individual contributor within a team, with a focused scope of work.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Analysis & Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve lower-complexity issues related to pharmacovigilance.
  • Peer Interaction: Work closely with peers within Accenture and update supervisors as needed.
  • Client Exposure: Limited exposure to clients and Accenture management, mainly internal team collaboration.
  • Work Instructions: Receive moderate-level instruction for daily tasks and detailed guidance for new assignments.
