Overview:

The Pharmacovigilance Project Manager position at PrimeVigilance offers an exciting opportunity to advance your career in Pharmacovigilance Project Management. Our Project Management team operates across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Primary Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for project-related matters with both clients and internal teams.
  • Client Relations: Maintain strong client relationships and ensure the delivery of high-quality work.
  • Project Scope: Develop project scope and objectives based on agreements with clients.
  • Planning and Execution: Plan project activities, including setting deadlines and achieving interim milestones.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver reports for clients and PrimeVigilance management, including monthly reports and invoicing.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in Pharmacovigilance Project Management, preferably with a service provider or CRO.
  • Education: Degree in Life Sciences or Biomedical field (e.g., chemistry, biology, biotechnology, veterinary science).
  • Skills: Excellent client-facing abilities with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, organize tasks, and multitask with attention to detail.
  • Language Proficiency: Advanced English skills (both verbal and written) at B2 level or higher.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
