    Pharmacovigilance and Data Analyst at IQVIA ANZ - Integrated Research Solutions Team

    About the Role: Join IQVIA ANZ, a premier healthcare market research provider, as a Pharmacovigilance and Data Analyst. In this role, you will be integral to our Integrated Research Solutions (IRS) team, focusing on Adverse Event (AE) reporting, data analysis, and project reconciliation to ensure pharmacovigilance compliance. Your tasks will include coding open-ended responses, tabulating study results, and generating PowerPoint reports, all while adhering to strict timelines in a highly regulated environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • PV Data Management: Identify, monitor, and report pharmacovigilance data from market research, adhering to client requirements and IQVIA's SOPs.
    • Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with client requirements, including training, reporting, and reconciliation.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with client drug safety units, team members, fieldwork vendors, and the data management team to facilitate safety reporting.
    • Data Analysis: Support the IRS team in coding and categorizing verbatim responses from online surveys and performing data tabulation and charting.
    • Report Generation: Create comprehensive PowerPoint reports based on study results.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Education: Graduate in Pharma/Life Sciences/Biotechnology.
    • Experience: 1-2 years in pharmacovigilance, preferably in primary market research.
    • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; able to convey messages clearly to stakeholders and vendors.
    • Time Management: Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
    • Learning Agility: Fast learner, capable of adapting and applying new knowledge in a dynamic environment.
    • Healthcare Industry Interest: A strong interest in the healthcare industry, with a curiosity to learn more.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
    • Project Support: Experience in assisting project managers to achieve project goals.
    • Team Collaboration: Team player with a positive attitude towards team operations and relationships.
    • Autonomy: Ability to manage own workload with minimal supervision and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

    Additional Skills (Highly Desirable):

    • Survey Programming: Experience with online survey programming/scripting using Decipher or Confirmit/Forsta software.
