Position Overview:
We are seeking a Pharmacovigilance Analyst to manage and maintain local pharmacovigilance operations in Bogotá. You will ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and contribute to the safe use of medical products through active signal detection, risk minimization, and post-market safety surveillance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage the local pharmacovigilance (PV) system

  • Conduct Local Literature Search (LLS)

  • Manage local Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs)

  • Perform PV Intelligence Screening

  • Maintain the local Pharmacovigilance System Master File (PSMF)

  • Set up local Organized Data Collection

  • Manage local Pharmacovigilance Agreements (PVAs)

  • Handle local adaptation and submission of Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSURs) and Risk Management Plans (RMPs)

  • Conduct local signal detection activities

  • Implement additional Risk Minimization Measures (aRMMs)

  • Review materials related to local post-authorization safety

  • Participate in pharmacovigilance-related audits and inspections


Requirements:

  • Professional education or university degree in Life Sciences

  • Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance principles

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently

  • Experience managing internal and external operational relationships

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to identify issues and offer viable solutions within area of expertise

  • Business-fluent in English and local language (Spanish)
