The Global Regulatory Strategy & Science Partner Markets Team at Sanofi is a diverse, inclusive group focused on driving operational excellence, enabling strategic decision-making, and ensuring world-class performance for the CHC Science Center of Excellence (CoE). The CoE centralizes processes to run and support Science Customer functions globally.

Position Overview:
Within the CHC – Consumer Safety organization, the Pharmacovigilance (PV) Agreements Expert will manage PV agreements (PVAs) for CHC products. You will be responsible for the development, planning, execution, maintenance, lifecycle management, and termination (when applicable) of PVAs. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Regulatory, Legal, Business Development, and Contractual Partners, ensuring effective collaboration and inspection readiness for PV agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Manage PVAs: Lead and support the development of PV agreements across the CHC organization. Guide internal teams and external stakeholders on PV Licensing processes.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Take informal leadership during team meetings, co-lead projects, and drive towards achieving objectives in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Foster strong relationships across internal teams (Regulatory, Business Development, Legal) and external partners to ensure efficient collaboration on PV Licensing arrangements.
  • Support PV Licensing Strategy: Assist in the development of PV Licensing strategies and ensure alignment with the CHC Business Development goals.
  • Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement: Participate in operational staff meetings, share best practices, and implement strategies that promote continuous improvement in PV Licensing.
  • Governance and Planning: Drive the execution and governance of PV Licensing agreements, ensuring that all related activities are in line with established objectives.

About You:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in pharmacovigilance or drug safety, preferably within consumer healthcare or pharmaceuticals. Experience driving operational excellence and tracking KPIs for continuous improvement is essential.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership experience managing multi-functional teams. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional team environments and manage large, multi-country budgets.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Vendor and Contract Management. Experience with international regulations, guidelines, and best practices in the pharmaceutical and pharmacovigilance sectors is highly valued.
  • Education: Higher University level degree (L.L.B, JD, MBA). Basic education in the Medical Science stream is required.
  • Languages: Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written).
