Role Overview

We are looking for a Pharmacist to join our team at Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd. You’ll be working in a supportive and inclusive culture, with a total rewards package designed to enhance your work-life flexibility. In this role, you will use your skills to provide expert healthcare advice, manage inventory, and contribute to the wellness of your community.


Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Advice: Advise patients on healthcare needs, and assist with medication management.
  • Non-prescription Guidance: Provide customers with advice on the selection and use of non-prescription medications.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventories of medications and prescription records.
  • Medication Handling: Ensure proper preparation, packaging, and storage of vaccines, serums, biologicals, and other drugs.
  • Prescription Verification: Ensure the accuracy of prescriptions and manage client information in the pharmacy’s databases.

How You Will Succeed

  • Experience: At least one (1) year of working experience in a pharmacy environment.
  • Education: Completion of a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree.
  • Licensing: Must be licensed as a Pharmacist in Canada.
  • Skills: Good communicator (both written and verbal) and a can-do attitude, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Willingness to work days, weeknights, and weekends.
