Position: Pharmaceutical QA Specialist

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry (mandatory)
Local to Summit, NJ

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general support for the Global Patient Services (GPS) system and approve data configurations.
Create and maintain new accounts in the electronic supplier system (Veeva-SQM).
Create and maintain documentation in the electronic documentation system (Veeva).
Complete daily data entries in the Onboarding Tracker tool.
Support Quality Operations and Systems, including deviation management, change management, CAPA, and compliance guidance.
Contribute to Key Performance Indicating (KPI) metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience with MS Office.
Ability to think clearly, act decisively, and communicate difficult observations calmly and cogently.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to follow assignments through to completion.
Innovative, proactive, and resourceful, with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Independent decision-making capability, conceptual thinking, and the ability to understand the impact of decisions with minimal supervision.
