Job Title: Patient Support Coordinator

BIOAXIS Healthcare is a leader in providing high-quality Patient Education and Care Services through patient support programs. The company is seeking a Patient Support Coordinator to join their team in Neo Heraklion, Attica.

Position Description:

  • Telephone Support & Patient Service:

    • Provide support and guidance to patients on topics including hospitalization, medication, disease management, drug administration, and other health services.

  • Scheduling & Medicine Delivery:

    • Schedule visits, send medications, and arrange for other consumables as per company procedures.

  • Outbound Calls:

    • Conduct reminders, patient satisfaction surveys, and other outbound calls to ensure patient engagement.

  • Pharmacovigilance Management:

    • Handle pharmacovigilance reports, including adverse events and product complaints regarding pharmaceutical products.

  • Coordination with Departments:

    • Communicate and coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure smooth operations.

  • Data Entry:

    • Input relevant data into the company’s information system to maintain accurate records.

Qualifications Required:

  • Educational Background:

    • Degree from AEI/ATEI/IEK in Health-related professions or a similar field.

  • Experience:

    • Previous experience in a similar role or field is required.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Familiarity with information systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).

    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Language Skills:

    • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to assist patients effectively.

  • Negotiation: Ability to negotiate and manage patient expectations.
