Role: Patient Care Advisor

Description:
The Patient Care Advisor will work with the PSP (Patient Support Program) team to support patient enrolment and ensure adherence to prescribed therapies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Counseling patients to improve health outcomes based on predefined touchpoints.
  • Reporting adverse events and market complaints as per SOPs.
  • Maintaining regular contact with patients to track adherence to therapy.
  • Managing patient compliance and ensuring enrollment processes are followed.
  • Coordinating with other stakeholders to provide patient support.
  • Managing patient data and inputting required details into CRM tools as per brand specifications.
  • Responding to patient queries based on predefined FAQs.

Desired Profile:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in patient counseling.
  • Education: B. Pharma, BSc, or any similar Life Science graduate.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
