Job Title: OTC Store Brands Marketing/Project Management Intern

Job Summary: Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories is seeking an OTC Store Brands Marketing/Project Management Intern to support multiple functions including marketing, sales, project management, and packaging. This internship offers an opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as supply chain, business development, finance, quality, and regulatory.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze product and category trends to identify growth opportunities and share expansion strategies.

  • Assist in activities related to cost-saving initiatives for existing commercial products.

  • Support new product launches, managing day-to-day project execution activities.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

  • Minimum Work Experience: Entry-level position.

  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring future sponsorship.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to take ownership.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Internship Duration: June 2025 to August 2025.

  • Eligibility: Rising Seniors graduating in Spring 2026.

  • Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote).
