Your Role:

As the LSPS Deployment Lead (OpEx Manager), you will be a key change agent in the deployment of our Production System (LSPS) across manufacturing sites and distribution centers in a specific region. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful activation of LSPS, which is a critical component of our Integrated Supply Chain & Operations (ISCO) strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

Deployment Activities (80%):

  • Site Preparation & Change Management:
    Oversee the preparation activities for site deployment, manage change, and ensure effective communication to facilitate the transition.

  • Kick-off & Training Bootcamp:
    Lead initial training sessions to equip local teams with the skills required for LSPS deployment and enable them to carry out the methodology.

  • Diagnostics & Maturity Assessment:
    Perform LSPS maturity assessments for each site, identify key areas for improvement, and prioritize initiatives based on effort and impact.

  • Tactical Improvement Plans:
    Develop and implement tactical improvement plans, building capabilities and ensuring continuous improvement.

  • Implementation & Continuous Improvement:
    Oversee the implementation of LSPS improvements, creating tailored continuous improvement and expansion plans for each site.

Global Element Ownership (20%):

  • Element Standards & Continuous Improvement:
    Own and continuously improve LSPS content, including guidebooks, training materials, and maturity assessments for a specific global element.

  • Global Engagement & SME Leadership:
    Engage with the global LSPS community, collaborate with experts, and lead workshops and training to share best practices and build expertise within the network.

  • Coaching & Mentorship:
    After the initial deployment, provide coaching and mentorship to sites during their continuous improvement journey, conducting progress reviews to ensure sustainability and long-term success.


Who You Are:

Education & Experience:

  • Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred B. Tech / Engineering graduate).
    • 08+ years of relevant experience in operations excellence or a related field.
  • Certifications:

    • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.
  • Experience in:

    • Production system deployment, particularly in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or chemicals industry.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Operational Excellence:
    Strong hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma (especially VSM, TPM, & Six Sigma Statistical Analysis), and process improvement.

  • Project Planning & Execution:
    Ability to manage deployment project plans, including timelines, resources, budgets, and risk management strategies.

  • Leadership & Influence:
    Inspirational leadership style with the ability to drive cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

  • Strategic Thinking:
    Broad strategic thinker with a clear vision for world-class change management.

  • Communication Skills:
    Excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly across teams and stakeholders.
