    Position: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP, FNP, AGNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)

We are seeking highly skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants who share our commitment to excellence in mental health care.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide face-to-face psychiatric services directly within Skilled Nursing Facilities.
    • Assess patients' mental status and diagnose DSM-V disorders.
    • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, including psychopharmacology and non-pharmacological options.
    • Collaborate with psychiatrists on clinical cases.
    • Utilize telehealth services for some patient interactions.

    Job Type

    • Part-Time availability.
    • Full-Time availability for hybrid (Telehealth and SNF) providers.
    • Options for W2 Billable Hourly Rates or 1099 Independent Contractor rates.

    Requirements

    • Active Washington State license by the Board of Nursing, specializing in psychiatry.
    • Washington Board of Pharmacy license and DEA registration for prescribing controlled substances.
    • Minimum of 1 year experience in Geriatric Psychiatry and/or treatment within Skilled Nursing Facilities and/or Acute Rehab Hospitals.
    • Possession of Malpractice Insurance (provided by the company for W2 employees; required for 1099 contractors).

    Skills

    • Basic computer proficiency and experience with EMR/EHR Systems (Athena I is a plus).
    • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to function under stress.
    • Flexible, organized, and fluent in Spanish is a plus!
