Job Overview:

We are seeking a Neuroscience Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals by engaging healthcare professionals (HCPs) in your assigned territory. As a Sales Representative, you will promote neuroscience products to healthcare providers, building relationships to ensure appropriate product utilization and patient care. By delivering product knowledge, training, and sales support, you will play a pivotal role in product adoption and ensuring the continued success of Amplity's products.

As a Sales Representative with Amplity, you will receive a base salary, bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare options, wellness programs, 401K, generous PTO, and more. Expected salary range: $90K - $115K, based on experience and relevant factors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution: Develop and implement territory business plans, consistently achieving sales growth within the assigned territory.
  • Product Promotion: Engage healthcare providers (HCPs) to promote assigned neuroscience products ethically and within compliance, focusing on their features, benefits, and clinical indications.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain professional relationships with HCPs, key decision-makers, and office staff to support product adoption and utilization.
  • Clinical Knowledge: Demonstrate deep understanding of disease states, product profiles, clinical studies, and communicate complex medical information effectively.
  • Territory Growth: Leverage territory sales data to identify high-value opportunities and prioritize business efforts.
  • Sales Activity Tracking: Use the CRM system to consistently track sales activity, leads, and progress towards sales targets.
  • Problem Solving: Overcome access challenges and business barriers within your territory, ensuring seamless product adoption and patient access.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with product information, market trends, and competitor activity to remain competitive in the field.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Sales Experience: At least 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or business-to-business sectors.
  • Track Record of Success: Proven history of high performance in previous roles, with the ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Autonomous Worker: Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently, while also being an enthusiastic team player.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex scientific and technical information.
  • Integrity and Ethics: Strong commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and operating with integrity.
  • Organizational Skills: Effective time management and organizational skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and CRM software.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel overnight and within the assigned territory as needed, including for conferences and sales meetings.
  • Licensing/Background Checks: Ability to pass background, motor vehicle, and drug screen checks. Valid U.S. driver’s license and a safe driving record required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Neuroscience or Specialty Sales is a plus.
  • Proven ability to influence healthcare providers and successfully drive product adoption in the medical field.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and territory management software is beneficial.
