Position Overview

As part of our integrated life sciences compliance team, you will play a vital role in supporting clients in innovative therapies for critical therapeutic areas, including Oncology, Neurology, and Immunology. Reporting to the Manager of Medical Content Development, you will collaborate closely with various teams within the EVERSANA Compliance Business Unit, including Medical Information, Medical Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, and Regulatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Manager of Medical Content Development on content-related engagements for integrated commercialization deals and medical information consulting.

  • Write and create medical and scientific content for Medical Affairs, including Scientific Response Documents (SRD), FAQs, slide sets, abstracts, and training materials.

  • Drive the client document development process, ensuring scientifically rigorous content and facilitating review meetings.

  • Utilize document management platforms (e.g., Veeva PromoMats) as the content owner, providing necessary annotations and references.

  • Perform scientific data fact-checking for medical reviewers in MLR teams.

  • Contribute to strategy discussions for assigned projects and participate in key client meetings.

  • Support the creation of thought leadership articles, presentations, and other materials related to medical content services.

  • Assist in developing/updating SOPs, templates, and style guides.

  • Mentor and coach team members and support onboarding processes.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and assist in implementing new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Deliver exceptional client experiences.

  • Collaborate effectively with the EVERSANA medical information and affairs teams.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

  • Work independently to produce high-quality, compliant medical content.

  • Proactively address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

  • Travel: Up to 10% (post-COVID).

  • Work Hours: Average 40+ hours/week.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in developing medical content, particularly for new product launches.

  • Experience in publishing abstracts, posters, and manuscripts.

  • Familiarity with Veeva Vault MedComms/PromoMats.

  • Experience across multiple therapeutic areas.

Physical and Mental Demands

  • The role requires frequent sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. The work environment is typically quiet but may involve interruptions.
