    Salary Package (with HMO):

    • Entry Level (1-3 years of experience): Up to PHP 39,500
    • Intermediate Level (3-5 years of experience): Up to PHP 45,000
    • Expert Level (5+ years of experience): Up to PHP 50,500
      USD Equivalent: $650 - $925 per month

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Record and maintain patient medical history, symptoms, previous diagnoses, and other relevant health information.
    • Document physician or healthcare provider findings, follow-up instructions, and prescribed treatments.
    • Transcribe verbal orders and medical dictation, including laboratory tests and medications.
    • Create and manage EHR/EMR system records.
    • Facilitate coordination among healthcare providers, patients, and professionals.
    • Ensure the accuracy of medical record documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a medical or pharmaceutical-related field.
    • At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant, in Medical Documentation, or a related field.
    • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (minimum B2 level).
    • Strong understanding of medical terminologies and practices.
    • Proficiency in EHR/EMR systems with the ability to troubleshoot common technical issues.
    • Knowledge of healthcare privacy regulations.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Tech-savvy with familiarity in current technologies such as desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
    • Ability to work during graveyard shifts.

    Technical Requirements:

    • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature.
    • Working Webcam.
    • Main and backup computer: At least 1.8 GHz processor with a minimum of 4GB RAM.
    • Main Internet Service Speed: At least 25 Mbps wired connection.
    • Backup Internet Service Speed: At least 10 Mbps.
