Job Description

Position: Hematology/Oncology Medical Science Liaison (MSL) / Senior Medical Science Liaison (Senior MSL)

As a highly skilled field-based scientific expert in Cutaneous T Cell Lymphoma (CTCL), you will play a crucial role in engaging healthcare professionals and leaders in clinical, scientific, and value-based care discussions. You will represent our company in peer-to-peer scientific exchanges around CTCL and Lymphir, a recombinant cytotoxic fusion protein. Your role involves fostering and maintaining scientific relationships and collaborations with the hematology/oncology (HEME/ONC) community, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare practitioners (HCPs), as well as professional societies and organizations involved in CTCL management and treatment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary field contact for Medical Deployment, maintaining expertise in oncology and CTCL standards of care.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with KOLs, tracking engagement plans and ongoing territory management.
  • Engage in scientific exchanges with the medical community, including advisory boards, and handle all clinical program and unsolicited information requests.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to support clinical trial sites and investigators, and profile KOLs and top institutions to enhance understanding of patient care pathways.
  • Work with commercial teams to ensure alignment on strategic imperatives and represent the company at medical meetings and congresses.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate SOPs and legal/regulatory guidelines governing scientific interactions and clinical trials.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (e.g., PharmD, PhD, MD, MSN, or NP/PA) preferred.
  • For MSL: Minimum of 2 years of MSL experience with at least 1 year in Oncology. For Senior MSL: Minimum of 5 years of Pharma experience and 3 years in oncology, with hematology/oncology experience preferred.
  • Prior product launch experience required.
  • Strong scientific, business, and clinical acumen with excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Knowledge of NCCN guidelines, payer systems, NCI Cooperative Groups, and Oncology Research Consortiums is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel frequently (70%) for KOL meetings, site visits, internal meetings, and medical congresses.
