Role Overview

As a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specializing in Immunology (Dermatology), you'll play a vital role in enhancing medical education, generating insights, and ensuring patient access to our medicines. You'll develop relationships with Thought Leaders (TLs) and Healthcare Providers (HCPs) to facilitate scientific exchange and support research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • External Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with TLs and HCPs, addressing scientific inquiries and sharing relevant data.

  • Medical Insights: Actively assess the medical landscape, understanding treatment strategies and unmet needs to inform our approach.

  • Collaboration: Partner with HCPs on disease state initiatives and investigator-sponsored research (ISR) aligned with BMS objectives.

  • Congress Participation: Attend medical congresses to gather insights and support strategy development.

  • Medical Support: Provide training and updates to internal teams and support promotional activities with scientific data.

  • Clinical Trial Support: Assist in the identification of research sites, facilitate patient recruitment, and ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: MD, PharmD, PhD, APP, PA, or NP with relevant experience.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a clinical or pharmaceutical environment, with prior MSL experience preferred.

  • Skills: Strong communication and presentation abilities, knowledge of clinical trial processes, and the ability to translate complex data for healthcare professionals.

Travel and Compensation

  • Travel Requirements: This field-based role requires living within or near the assigned territory. Frequent travel to meet with external customers is expected.

  • Compensation: Starting salary ranges from $150,000 to $200,000, plus incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on experience.
