Job Description – Medical Sales Representative (Devon, Dorset, and Bournemouth)

Job Overview: IQVIA is recruiting a Medical Sales Representative to join our team covering the Devon, Dorset, and Bournemouth areas. In this role, you will focus on raising product awareness, coaching, advising, and building relationships with primary care professionals and nurses. The role has a strong educational component aimed at supporting the product’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise product awareness and offer educational support to primary care professionals and nurses in the territory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the healthcare sector.
  • Provide consultative sales and product education.
  • Implement product strategies and ensure their successful uptake by healthcare professionals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the local healthcare landscape to support product integration.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Medical Sales Representative, Clinical Educator, or Account Manager with experience in the Devon, Dorset, and Bournemouth areas (essential).
  • Experience in the NHS primary care setting (essential).
  • ABPI qualification (desirable).
  • Strong background in consultative sales and product education.
  • High commercial acumen with well-developed negotiation skills.
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with business partners.
  • Familiarity with Cornwall or Plymouth in Primary Care.
