About the Role:

The Medical Information Manager plays a crucial role in supporting scientific and medical communications for pharmaceutical clients. This position involves reviewing and developing content for medical and promotional materials to ensure accuracy, compliance, and scientific integrity. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review promotional and medical communication materials for scientific accuracy, balance, compliance, and relevance to therapy areas.

  • Create and update content for various medical assets including standard response letters, slide decks, etc.

  • Perform literature searches to support content development and ensure referencing is up-to-date and credible.

  • Track and audit scientific assets and ensure quality compliance with client-specific metrics.

  • Adhere to internal and client-specific processes, tools, SOPs, and quality standards.

  • Participate in client calls and training sessions as needed.

  • Follow best practices in scientific writing, communication, documentation, and referencing.

  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security and regulatory compliance.


Required Qualifications:

Education:

  • MD, MDS, PhD (with Post Doc or relevant experience), or MBBS with relevant experience.

Experience:

  • 2–4 years in pharmaceutical companies with 1–3 years in Medical Information domain.

  • Familiarity with creating standard response letters, slide decks, and similar scientific content.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Passion for scientific writing and staying current with medical advancements.

  • Ability to manage timelines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Client-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of therapeutic areas or general medical domain preferred.


Nice to Have:

  • Understanding of specialty medicine or therapeutic areas.

  • Experience in client-focused roles within pharma services.

  • Strong network-building and relationship management capabilities.
