Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide approved responses to medical inquiries from external US customers (healthcare professionals, patients, pharmaceutical clients) including call handling

  • Accurately identify, document, and report adverse events, pregnancy-related events, product quality complaints, and other special situation events within required timeframes

  • Track and document all medical information inquiries within the Medical Information database

  • Participate in the out-of-hours provision of medical information for clients who have contracted a 24/7 inquiry handling service

  • Provide management with regular updates on project status and metrics concerning inquiries

  • Assist in departmental regulatory inspection preparedness for the company’s pharmacovigilance system and actively participate in PV inspections or audits


Required Qualifications:

  • Life science/bio-medical background (e.g., chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, nursing)

  • Customer service or call center experience preferred

  • Comfortable receiving inquiries via phone

  • Ability to work US working hours/shifts

  • Willingness to perform out-of-hours service if required

  • Strong time management, issue management, delegation, and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Advanced English skills (both verbal and written)
