Responsibilities:

  • Provide phone support to healthcare professionals and consumers regarding adverse events, product quality complaints, medical inquiries, product support, and other needs as required.

  • Receive, triage, review, and process Lifecycle safety operational data.

  • Perform data entry for tracking and Lifecycle safety databases, coding relevant medical terminology, writing descriptive narratives, generating queries, performing quality control, assisting with reconciliation, and driving case closure.

  • Receive and document incoming telephone calls or emails from investigative sites or other sources reporting safety data.

  • Build a positive, collaborative team environment with Lifecycle safety team members by providing training and mentoring for less experienced team members and operations staff.

  • Establish and maintain effective team project service operations communications.

  • Liaise with Project Managers by proactively identifying issues and proposing solutions.

  • Participate in training across Lifecycle safety processes and implementation of new initiatives.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a Life Science-related discipline.

  • Languages:

    • Fluent in English (minimum C1 level) and native Polish.

    • Proficiency in an additional foreign language (German or French) at a minimum C1 level is preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong team collaboration and mentoring skills.

  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage competing priorities.

Minimum Required Experience:

  • Must be a Pharmacist.

  • Demonstrated willingness and aptitude to learn new skills across Lifecycle safety service lines.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
