Role: Medical Engagement Associate (MEA)

Description:
The Medical Engagement Associate will support the Patient Support Program (PSP) team in patient enrolment and therapy adherence. Key responsibilities include:

  • Counsel patients to improve health outcomes based on predefined touchpoints.
  • Report adverse events and market complaints as per the SOP.
  • Maintain regular patient contact as per established touchpoints.
  • Track and ensure patient adherence to therapy.
  • Manage patient compliance and enrollment processes.
  • Review and approve financial deviations as needed.
  • Demonstrate empathy towards patients.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to provide patient support.
  • Ensure accurate patient data entry in CRM tools as per brand requirements.
  • Handle patient queries and provide responses from predefined FAQs.

Desired Profile:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in patient counseling.
  • Education: B. Pharma, BSc, or a similar Life Science graduate.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
