Program Overview:
This role is a special initiative encouraging women passionate about sales to join a UK-based pharmaceutical MNC. The program is tailored to support female professionals in launching and building rewarding careers in the pharmaceutical industry.
Job Responsibilities:
Drive prescription demand by engaging Healthcare Practitioners (HCPs) for GSK medicines.
Develop and manage the assigned territory to maximize prescriptions.
Achieve daily call targets focusing on top HCPs.
Conduct product presentations and awareness sessions for target HCPs.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Science or B. Pharmacy.
Skills:
Strong networking and communication skills
Self-motivated and patient-focused
Excellent planning and time management
In-clinic effectiveness and relationship management
Customer-centric mindset and strong work ethic
Interpersonal confidence and clarity in communication
Age Requirement:
