    Job Title: Medical Advisor - Toripalimab

    Location: Emerging Markets

    Job Description

    Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories is seeking a Medical Advisor to provide support for the global medical initiatives related to Toripalimab, an oncology treatment. The role will involve developing and implementing medical strategies, engaging with key opinion leaders (KOLs), and supporting new product evaluations and market launches.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Medical Affairs Support: Provide medical, clinical, and technical support for Toripalimab across 21 markets, ensuring that the product strategy aligns with local market requirements.
    • Global Medical Strategy: Support the development of the global medical strategy for Toripalimab across multiple indications.
    • Insight Generation: Regularly gather insights from KOLs through advisory boards and meetings. Provide actionable insights to support the product’s strategic direction and launch plan.
    • Product Evaluation: Assist in evaluating new product proposals identified by the business development (BD) teams from a medical perspective.
    • Clinical & Regulatory Support: Provide medical inputs for the clinical and regulatory pathways for Toripalimab and other innovative assets under development.
    • Post-Marketing Studies & Data Generation: Contribute to the development of post-marketing studies, real-world evidence (RWE), and data generation strategies.
    • Medico-Marketing Support: Deliver medical training sessions to marketing and sales teams, review and approve promotional materials, and support digital marketing and RWE studies.

    Qualifications

    • Education: MBBS with an MD in Pharmacology or Medicine, with at least 7 years of experience in a medico-marketing function, preferably in oncology/haematology.
    • Experience: Experience in evaluating oncology products, with exposure to new chemical entities (NCE), biologics, and biosimilars. Multi-geography experience is preferred.
    • Skills:
      • Expertise in oncology and cancer therapy, including knowledge of the latest treatments and emerging therapies.
      • Strong communication skills with experience in conducting advisory boards and engaging with KOLs.
      • Familiarity with clinical trials, regulatory pathways, and product development processes.
      • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) and strong presentation skills.
